011. Scope
This Policy applies where you believe that text, images, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, code, page designs, or other materials on this Website; materials related to our products, services, marketing, promotion, or digital-content operations; or materials displayed, distributed, promoted, or processed through related service pages, communication channels, or cooperation processes infringe your legal rights. This Policy is not legal advice and does not limit your right to seek remedies from courts, platforms, regulators, or other authorities with jurisdiction.
022. Rights We Respect
We may reasonably handle reports involving copyright and related rights; trademark, brand-name, and logo rights; patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights; publicity, name, privacy, and personal-information rights; reputation rights and other legally protected interests; and claims submitted by an authorised representative of a rights holder.
033. How to Submit an Infringement Notice
Send your notice to support@picitdrama.com with the suggested subject “Copyright / IP Infringement Notice.” Where possible, provide your name and organisation, contact details and address, whether you are the rights holder or authorised representative, a clear description of the rights allegedly infringed, proof of rights or authorisation, the specific URL or other information identifying the reported material, reasons for the claim, requested action, a statement that the information is true and accurate, and a signature or other reasonably verifiable confirmation of identity. Incomplete notices may require further information before they can be processed.
044. Review Process
After receiving a notice, we may confirm completeness, request additional proof or explanations, conduct an initial review, forward necessary information to relevant providers or partners, temporarily restrict, block, remove, delist, or stop promoting reported material, retain relevant records, provide necessary information to platforms, rights holders, service providers, or authorities, or take other reasonable measures for rights protection, risk control, or compliance. We handle notices within a reasonable period based on the matter’s complexity, completeness, legal requirements, and actual risk; no specific resolution timeframe is guaranteed.
055. Temporary Restrictions Are Not Final Determinations
To manage potential risk, we may temporarily restrict, suspend, remove, or delist reported material before completing our review. Any temporary restriction, removal, restoration, or refusal to act is not a final determination of infringement, non-infringement, ownership, or legal liability.
066. Counter-Notices, Objections, and Explanations
If you believe a notice is inaccurate, mistaken, unauthorised, or that restricted material does not infringe rights, send a written objection or counter-notice to support@picitdrama.com. Include, where possible, your identity and valid contact details, the location of the material, your relationship to it, the reasons the action was improper or the material is non-infringing, proof of ownership, authority, or licence, relevant supporting documents, a statement that the information is true and accurate, and a signature or other identity confirmation. Subject to applicable law and reasonable necessity, we may share necessary information with the complainant or other relevant parties.
077. Repeat Infringement and Abuse of the Reporting Process
We may restrict access, suspend cooperation, stop services, or take other reasonable measures against parties that repeatedly submit infringing materials, violate rights rules, evade enforcement measures, or assist infringement. No person may submit false, misleading, harassing, abusive, or unsupported notices. We may refuse to act, request further information, or take other appropriate measures where a notice appears abusive, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith.
088. Personal Information and Confidentiality
When handling notices, objections, and rights materials, we may collect, use, retain, and where necessary share contact details, rights documents, communications, and related materials. We process this information in accordance with applicable law, our Privacy Policy, platform rules, and reasonable business needs. Do not send passwords, full payment-card information, identity-document numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email.
099. Third-Party Platforms and External Content
Where reported material is located on a third-party website, app store, social-media platform, advertising platform, or other service, that platform may have its own copyright-notice process and rules. This Policy does not replace third-party reporting procedures; you may also need to submit a notice to the relevant platform and comply with its requirements.
1010. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy based on changes in law, platform rules, service models, content risks, or operational needs. An updated version will be posted on this Website with a revised Last updated date. Continued use of relevant services or communication with us after an update indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
