We do not allow content that violates laws, regulations, court orders, or government directions; infringes third-party rights; involves child sexual exploitation, child abuse, inappropriate sexualisation of minors, or risks to child safety; contains explicit pornography, illegal sexual services, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other unlawful sexual content; promotes hate, discrimination, harassment, threats, bullying, violence, terrorism, violent extremism, criminal organisations, recruitment, or incitement; encourages self-harm, suicide, dangerous challenges, violent crime, illegal weapons, illegal drugs, or other unlawful activities; involves fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive marketing, illegal fundraising, gambling promotion, or misleading commercial conduct; distributes malware or cybersecurity threats; uses false identities, forged documents, impersonation, or misleading information; violates age-rating, cultural, advertising, or platform rules; or is otherwise inappropriate based on reasonable safety, compliance, rights-protection, or operational considerations.

3. Content Rights and Licensing

For content that we select, display, promote, distribute, or otherwise use, we expect relevant parties to hold the necessary legal rights, licences, or permissions. Where applicable, content providers must ensure they have obtained rights for presentation, distribution, promotion, technical processing, applicable territories, subtitles, translations, localisation, editing, cover images, promotional materials, trailers, advertising, monetisation, analytics, rights-holder complaints, takedown notices, dispute handling, and necessary cooperation. We may request proof of rights, licensing chains, territory information, validity periods, or other reasonable documentation.

4. User-Generated Content and Interactive Features

The Website is not currently designed as an open platform for user uploads, public publishing, or user comments. Please provide your name, company name, and valid contact details; the relevant link, page location, or a clear description of the reported content; the reason for your report; relevant proof of rights, authorisation, or supporting materials; and a statement that the information is true and accurate. We may request additional information and will handle reports in accordance with applicable law, platform rules, and the circumstances of the case.

7. Review and Appeal

If content or a related party is restricted, removed, or otherwise affected by an enforcement action, the relevant party may submit additional materials or explanations within a reasonable period. We will review the information based on the nature of the content, evidence of rights, legal requirements, platform rules, risk level, and other relevant factors. An appeal does not guarantee restoration of content or reversal of an enforcement decision.

8. Child Safety

We take child safety seriously. Content involving child sexual exploitation, abuse, harm, grooming, unlawful collection of children’s personal information, or other risks to minors is strictly prohibited. Where such content is identified, we may immediately restrict access, retain necessary records, and report the matter to relevant platforms, service providers, or authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary.
