011. Core Principles
We aim to provide lawful digital content and technology services that respect rights and comply with relevant market requirements. Content operations must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, licensing requirements, child-safety requirements, and other applicable regulatory obligations. We may review, restrict, remove, suspend, or otherwise take reasonable action regarding content based on legal requirements, rights-holder requests, platform rules, content risk, regional restrictions, or operational needs.
022. Prohibited Content
We do not allow content that violates laws, regulations, court orders, or government directions; infringes third-party rights; involves child sexual exploitation, child abuse, inappropriate sexualisation of minors, or risks to child safety; contains explicit pornography, illegal sexual services, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other unlawful sexual content; promotes hate, discrimination, harassment, threats, bullying, violence, terrorism, violent extremism, criminal organisations, recruitment, or incitement; encourages self-harm, suicide, dangerous challenges, violent crime, illegal weapons, illegal drugs, or other unlawful activities; involves fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive marketing, illegal fundraising, gambling promotion, or misleading commercial conduct; distributes malware or cybersecurity threats; uses false identities, forged documents, impersonation, or misleading information; violates age-rating, cultural, advertising, or platform rules; or is otherwise inappropriate based on reasonable safety, compliance, rights-protection, or operational considerations.
033. Content Rights and Licensing
For content that we select, display, promote, distribute, or otherwise use, we expect relevant parties to hold the necessary legal rights, licences, or permissions. Where applicable, content providers must ensure they have obtained rights for presentation, distribution, promotion, technical processing, applicable territories, subtitles, translations, localisation, editing, cover images, promotional materials, trailers, advertising, monetisation, analytics, rights-holder complaints, takedown notices, dispute handling, and necessary cooperation. We may request proof of rights, licensing chains, territory information, validity periods, or other reasonable documentation.
044. User-Generated Content and Interactive Features
The Website is not currently designed as an open platform for user uploads, public publishing, or user comments. If we introduce user uploads, comments, publishing, interactive features, or other user-generated content functions in the future, users must comply with this Policy, applicable Terms of Service, and applicable law. We may review, block, remove, restrict, suspend, or otherwise act on content that may violate this Policy.
055. Content Review and Enforcement
We may identify potential violations through human review, technical measures, rights-holder notices, user reports, platform feedback, or other reasonable methods. Where content violates or may violate this Policy, we may request additional proof or explanations; restrict presentation, distribution, promotion, or access; modify, block, remove, or delist content; suspend related cooperation, services, or functions; provide necessary information to rights holders, platforms, service providers, or authorities; retain relevant records; or take other reasonable measures for risk control or compliance.
066. Reports and Copyright Notices
If you identify content that may violate this Policy or infringe your rights, contact support@picitdrama.com. Please provide your name, company name, and valid contact details; the relevant link, page location, or a clear description of the reported content; the reason for your report; relevant proof of rights, authorisation, or supporting materials; and a statement that the information is true and accurate. We may request additional information and will handle reports in accordance with applicable law, platform rules, and the circumstances of the case.
077. Review and Appeal
If content or a related party is restricted, removed, or otherwise affected by an enforcement action, the relevant party may submit additional materials or explanations within a reasonable period. We will review the information based on the nature of the content, evidence of rights, legal requirements, platform rules, risk level, and other relevant factors. An appeal does not guarantee restoration of content or reversal of an enforcement decision.
088. Child Safety
We take child safety seriously. Content involving child sexual exploitation, abuse, harm, grooming, unlawful collection of children’s personal information, or other risks to minors is strictly prohibited. Where such content is identified, we may immediately restrict access, retain necessary records, and report the matter to relevant platforms, service providers, or authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary.
099. Policy Updates
We may update this Content Policy based on changes in law, platform rules, business models, product functions, content risks, or operational needs. The updated version will be posted on this Website with a revised Last updated date. Continued use of relevant services or communication with us after an update indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
